One of the takeaways from the book is to always question your beliefs.
You don’t have to believe in something because you heard somewhere, someone told you or everyone is following the same path. You have your brain, so question whatever you believe.
This way, you will get a clear answer rather than relying on other people’s beliefs.
For example, if someone says, GOD exists. Now, this might be true or maybe false.
So go find an answer and if no one has an answer then it’s always better to stay away from those people who try to sell you something on behalf of GOD.
God will never ask you for money or won’t tell you what to wear and what not to, if there is any god.
Do I believe in GOD, my answer is, No I don’t. The reason is simple, we don’t have proof of whether GOD exists or not. So, rather than believing in something that is not there, it is better you believe in yourself and do what you have to do.

Change Makes Life Better
You don’t have to live the way you’re living for the rest of your life. There will be times when you have to make a change, so don’t take a step back rather accept the change.
The best way to adapt to change is to learn from other people’s lives. See what kind of mistakes other people have made and learn from them.
You don’t have to repeat all the mistakes and then learn from them. So read biography books, talk to people and better, spend a few hours with yourself.

Ask yourself, where you need to change and take steps.
There is nothing like the right time, the right time is RIGHT now. So get out of your comfort zone, accept the reality, and move on.
Be Aware of Emotions
Sometimes, Emotions make us stronger but sometimes, Emotions make us too weak. So whenever you’re feeling,
- Sad
- Bad
- Angry
- Fear
- Pain
- Anxiety
- Stress
- Empty
Come back to the present movement and ask yourself, why you’re feeling the way you’re feeling.
This will make you aware of all the Emotions that you were feeling during the movement. Once you get aware, you won’t do anything that will hurt you in the future, you basically, take control of yourself.
Emotions are the only thing that makes us humans otherwise, there is no difference between humans and animals.
So from this day on, take control of your Emotions. Once this happens, everything will get too easy, life will get easy, and all the problems you’re facing right now will feel normal.
Focusing on Goals?
There are lots of people who say, whenever I set a goal, I do it for a few days then later, I just don’t feel like doing it. So I move to new goals.
Now, what’s the problem?
The problem is, rather than focusing on results, it’s always better to focus on the process. In simple words, take baby steps.
There is no need to think about what you will get after you complete the goal. Rather, enjoy the process.
The process is doing tasks every day that lead to your goals.
This will be hard but once you start loving the process, you will forget about the result and the day will come and you will get what you desire in the first place.
Power of Habits
You already know what habits are because of the Atomic Habits by James Clear Book but for those who don’t know, here is why Habits are important.
New habits don’t form in a single day, you have to repeat the same things again and again, so your brain accepts the new change.
For example, if you want to start exercising then,
- Choose the time (ex; 5 PM)
- Choose the Place (ex; In your room)
- Choose Duration (ex; For 20 Minutes)
Now, if you follow the above routine for the next 30 days then your brain will accept the new change because it will start believing that, doing exercise at 5 PM every day in your room is very important.
But if you just do it for 3 days then your brain won’t accept the change because your brain won’t understand its importance.
The funny thing is, our brain doesn’t know what is right and wrong.
So if you adopt bad habits like smoking, scrolling on social media, or drinking alcohol. Our brain won’t stop us from doing all these things unless and until, we decide to make a change.
Again, adding new habits or removing old habits will take time. So focus on the process and forget about the results.
It is better to just do exercise for only 20 minutes every day rather than thinking about why I’m not losing weight even after doing exercise for 7 days.
