The Subtle Art Of Not Giving A F*ck Book Summary
When you try something new there will be some people who will say, don’t do this, why you’re doing this, this won’t work in life, why you’re wasting your time, and many other things and that is what The Subtle Art Of Not Giving A Fk book will teach you, don’t give F about people, do what you want to do, leave everything aside and focus on your goals.
I read this book recently and after reading it, I feel, I should have read it when I was 20 years old because it tells you, don’t give an F about people which is what I was doing in my 20s.
So if your age is 18 or 20 or even more then make sure you read this book because it will change the way you think about people.
We do care about what people say whether it’s about how we look, how we behave, the cloth we wear, and much more.
Mark Manson author of the book will open your eyes and try to teach you, how to live a better life.
Happiness Comes From Solving Problems
If you’re unhappy then it will be because of the problem, if there is no problem then there is no reason to be unhappy.
So whenever you have a problem, ask yourself, is this end of the world, what can I do to solve the problem?
When you ask this kind of question, the answer will come out.
We have answers for all kinds of problems, you might have faced the problem for the first time but before you, there will be someone who had the same problem and they could have solved the problem.
So try to solve the problem, that’s the only way to move forward.
It’s Better to Do Something Than Do Nothing
If you have a business idea and you’re afraid to work on it then read this carefully,
Now, if you don’t work on that one idea then you will never know the result, so it’s better to start working on that business idea.
The worst thing that could happen is, you will fail but at the same time, you will learn something and the same can be applied when you start for the second time.
So it’s better to do something rather than sitting at home and just watching TV and complaining about life. If you don’t move, no one will come to your home and say, stand up and start that business.
Accept Your Mistakes and Insecurity
No matter what you do in your life, if you don’t accept your mistake then you will never grow.
No one is perfect, everyone makes mistake and everyone will fail but that doesn’t mean, they will stop.
The same say, if you don’t try for the second time then you will never know, why did you fail in the first place.
So whether you want to start a business or want to give a government exam or anything else, learn from your mistakes and overcome the fear.
Once you do that, nothing will be able to stop you.
The Subtle Art Of Not Giving A F*ck Review
The Subtle Art Of Not Giving A F*ck is one of those books that will make you believe in yourself. Life can be hard, you might not have everything but that doesn’t mean you have to quit. Everything will be easy but first, you have to accept the reality and move on. Work on your dreams and don’t give F about people.
What I learn from The Subtle Art Of Not Giving A F*ck
- I was that person who use to give F about people but now, I think, I know, why people comment on others.
- I have read tons of self-help books but this is something different because it tells you everything on your face which will make you think about your life.
- I have also learned that if you have an idea and if you believe in the idea then start working on that idea, don’t wait for someone…
- Everything won’t stay the same forever, you have to accept the change and move on.
“Life is essentially an endless series of problems. The solution to one problem is merely the creation of another.”
“To be happy we need something to solve. Happiness is, therefore, a form of action;”
“This is the most simple and basic component of life: our struggles determine our successes.”
“Don’t just sit there. Do something. The answers will follow.”
“The more something threatens your identity, the more you will avoid it.”
