Calixo provides nutrition estimates, calorie calculations, and AI-assisted insights. These are intended for general informational purposes only and may not always be accurate. Calixo does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You should consult a qualified professional before making health or dietary decisions.
Some features of Calixo use artificial intelligence, including food recognition and chat-based assistance. These features generate responses automatically and may occasionally produce incorrect or incomplete results. You agree to use these features at your own discretion.
If you choose to use camera-based features, you agree to only capture and upload content that you have the right to use. Images are used solely to provide app functionality such as food analysis. You retain ownership of any content you provide.
Calixo may offer paid features, including subscriptions and one-time purchases. All payments are processed securely through Google Play Billing. We do not collect or store your payment information. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled through your Google Play account settings. Pricing and features may change over time.
All rights, including the app design, branding, features, and software, belong to Calixo unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the app.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Calixo if you violate these Terms or misuse the app. We may also make changes to features, availability, or functionality at any time.
Calixo is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the app will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from your use of the app.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
